Christmas is behind us and the snow has melted. The skies are leaden grey, the weather is cold and rainy and it barely bothers to get light before dusk is falling. Going out is a chilly, muddy chore involving wrapping yourself from head to foot in scarves, boots and waterproofs. Everyone you meet feels as glum as you do. What better time to listen to a thrilling Test match or two?
